I then powered the SB of and on again, unplugged the Asus USB-BT400 from the Acer Win 7 computer and plugged it into the Dell Win 10 computer. Powering the SB on and off clears its memory of all the horrors that have gone before. I then Paired and (on the second attempt) successfully Connected the Win 7 desktop with the Soundbar. I turned off the power on the LG Soundbar and then switched it back on and selected BT using its function button. NOT use the drivers on the CD which comes with the product - they are well out-of-date! IMPORTANT: Be sure to unplug the Asus USB-BT400 before you do this and then re-insert it once the new drivers have been successfully installed. (which is also the site where I had previously downloaded the Windows 10 driver on the other (Dell T5500) desktop).īefore going any further, I recommend that you replace any drivers that may be on your own computer(s) with the latest (free) drivers from this Asus site.
